Wow – This artist does these with a Bic pen.

Apparently, this spanish artist–Juan Francisco Casas, does these huge hyper-realistic pictures using only a blue Bic pen. They are huge and look like photos at first glance. Really impressive! More neat pics on his website (seems more a tad slow, though).
