Obviously, this is a failed marriage..

Pencil sketch, colored in Photoshop.
I too was stuck on how to execute the Fail theme, and so I went back to my recent nursery rhyme theme and this just popped into my head.
Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater
Had a wife and couldn’t keep her
He put her in a pumpkin shell
and there he kept her very well.
Sounds like a Failed marriage to me!
See the other nursery rhymes in the series….

Ah, if it were only that easy. ;-))
a bad marriage indeed!
Never understood why she didn’t just eat her way out… Who thinks of these things anyway? Was there supposed to be some sexual subtext that I missed?
Love this picture! I was just composing a blog post about the huge pumpkin my husband is growing in our back yard and was wondering if I could use this picture? (I would definitely attribute it and provide a link to you, of course). Just let me know!
Sure, just link back to the post, credit to nancy dorsner :)
