New Watercolor: The Creator

by Dot 27 February 2009 832 views No Comment

A tad geeky and esoteric, yes? With almost a vintage 70’s movie poster feel to me. The Creator is a programmer of sorts, creating life from the simplest binary form. He’d better hope it’s not breezy, or his work could be lost to the sands of time! Yeah, that’s reaching. I’ve got a really cute thing in mind for the Breezy prompt for illustration friday, but I haven’t gotten to it yet. So check back, I’ll be back with a even more inspired piece!

He’s awesome! Love the binary! Now I’m off to check that cool-lookin’ bracelet! How’d I miss it the first time? (Must have been when I marked “read” on my 357 reader items…)

Oh, cool! I love the perspective. Kind of a Star Warsy feel, what with the retreating writing and the vast, sandy landscape. Love his highlights, too. When you talked about it blowing away in the breeze, I couldn’t help but think of the sand mandalas made by Tibetan monks. All that work, all that beauty….

Close enough! Excellent character and colors. I love the little octopus that made it over to Bella, too.
