Extension: Summer Doldrums Contest
Since I just realized i’m going to be out of town or unavailable around the end date of the summer contest, i’m extending the deadline til the end of the month… enjoy your reprieve!
In other news, I’ll have the next segment of the shrinky dinks project up tomorrow. And I’m procrastinating on my Illustration Friday for this week. And I had a fun day of river tubing today and i’m beat!

My excuse for being late this week – we were gone all weekend: Pics!
So I was coloring another pic for Illo Friday, and photoshop crashed. So I took it as a sign, and did this one instead! Which I think is actually better.
Poor lil bots, I’m not sure who is more worried!

I’ll get the official rules post up soon–just is just the forewarning–, but the Black Heart Anti-Valentines contest was so well received, I decided we needed another.
This contest will be “April Fool”.
Take that theme anyway you want!
Entries can be anything in the arts/illos, crafts, or (new this time) food categories. You’ve got the month of March – what’s left of it – to get it done and post it. Judging will be at the end of the month, just in time for April Fools Day.
So get your thinking caps on :) !

Everyone’s doing valentines contests right now (or will be soon), but wouldn’t an anti-valentines contest be cooler?
