Have wanted a way to approach This Project for years…the Nuns used to send our family a “cookie tree” for Christmas every year. They used a wooden base with a chopstick like stick recessed into the base to stabilize the rising cookies. They made huge contributions to our Christmas experiences and memories. Thank you so much for providing all of your work, creativity, and how-to so i can try to re-make this famous treat. Merry Christmas.
