					<description><![CDATA[I make yogurt often. Reading your steps makes me realize something that may make mine last longer; heating it and then cooling it. I take a large casserole dish; fill it with skim milk, warm it in the microwave. Stir the plain yogurt in it&#039;s container then dump it in the casserole dish, cover it and put it in my oven overnight with the light on. The light keeps it warm enough so it&#039;s yogurt in the morning. EASY EASY!]]></description>
