What could be better?? Inspired by something I used to do as a kid, this tutorial explains how to make friendship bracelets out of fishing tackle (specifically a barrel swivel) and faux shrinky dinks from #6 plastic (like the Shrinky Dinky Test Lab experiments)

The technique is quite simple, and it’s a great thing to do with felted sweater scraps (though of course you could use store bought felt if you wish). It even uses a safety pin for it’s “pin” so you can probably do this with materials you have around the house, today!
